What if everything you thought you knew about healthy food… was wrong?
Okay, not everything.
But, still, a LOT of my thinking has been unexamined, and it’s been the oddest experience asking myself;
“How do I know that’s true?” about many of my deeply held beliefs about what is and isn’t healthy to eat.

My great aunt Elsie Hogfat is visiting. She’s making fish-head stock this morning. I opened the lid and had a peek inside to see a big googly eye taking a peek at me.
