The Lovely Lentilla.

I’m quoting a 17 year old girl, and she’s a wise and beautiful old soul…

I have to give myself so much understanding that I do not need anyone else’s. Jag måste ge mig själv så mycket kärlek att jag inte behöver någon annans. Pga detta går det även mycket energi av mig själv – till mig själv, varje minut för att klara av att hålla mig själv på den nivån som jag ligger på. I have to give myself so much love that I do not need anyone else’s. Because of this, it is also very energy of myself – to myself, every minute to be able to keep myself at that level that I lie on. Det är en energikrävande väg att gå och det är just därför många människor skippar den. There is an energy-consuming way to go and that is precisely why many people skip it. Det är för jobbigt att se sanningen i sitt liv, det är för jobbigt att ta tag i alla delar, det är för jobbigt att avsluta vissa saker för att kunna lägga energin på annat.. It is hard to see the truth in his life, it’s too hard to grab all the parts, it’s too hard to finish some things to put energy on the other .. det är en krävande väg! It is a demanding road!”

This quote is from  Lina *, a lovely blogger that Aunt Elsie found through her equal favourite (with Annika Dahlqvist) Swedish doctor Andreas Eenfeldt, who has posted about her.  Her honesty is inspiring me and has awoken me to the fact that I am so very guarded here, and have shied away from being real about my life.  I have my reasons and they are not frivolous, but I appreciate the pure ring of truth in Lena’s blog and it reminds me so much of when I was a young girl only three years older than Lina, and living in Porridge Hill, trying so hard to make sense of the world.  Insisting on being straight with the world.

Perhaps she will inspire me to be more courageous.  I hope so.

Note:  I did try to leave a comment for Lina to let her know I had quoted her… but alas her robot guard thought I was a robot.  Have you ever caught yourself talking to a robot and enunciating like a robot?  I have.

Robots. Will. Not. Learn. To. Speak. Like. Humans. Humans. Will. Learn. To. Speak. Like. Robots.

Thanks Birgitta! Yes, she is amazing, and so impressive for her tender years but then I look back at myself sometimes and long to have the courage and passion I once had… and hope to reclaim.
